General information about the online store:
The online store's products are sold by Electro Waves Oy business ID number 1535212-1.
We sell products to companies and private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering:
The products are mainly ordered via the internet at https://electrowaves.webmercs.com.
All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. If you do not receive an order confirmation, we recommend first checking your email's spam folder.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.
Product availability:
Our selection includes products that are immediately available from stock as well as order products that are not ready in stock. We try to announce the up-to-date availability of stock products separately.
Stock products:
Product availability estimates can vary from a few days to not confirmed.
Some products are ordered based on customer orders, so we recommend placing an order without waiting for the availability estimate to change. You can ask about availability and delivery times from your own seller (can be found when logged in under My information > Consultant) or by e-mail at
info@electrowaves.fi.
Order confirmation:
We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:
· Reference number
· Our bank account number
· The final amount of the invoice
Through the user account on our website, you can check the products of the order.

Advance payment:
We will post the products when the payment appears on our account. We do not deliver products cash on delivery.
Payments are addressed to:
Electro Waves Oy, bank account number: FI94 5721 1520 0661 14 BIC/SWIFT: OKOYFIHH.
We process orders during business hours and when payment has been made. If the payment is by bank transfer as an advance payment, we will hold the reservation for 5 business days, after which the order will expire if the payment has not been made.
We will contact the customer about changing delivery times.
Delivery method and delivery costs:
Delivery costs include delivery and packaging costs.
Exchange and return conditions:
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.
Include the following information with the return:
· your customer number, name, address and phone number
· your bank account number
· and a copy of the order confirmation.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the return.
Problems with transportation and defective products:
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the email address info@electrowaves.fi or by post:

You can also get in touch by phone, either directly to the named seller (shown in your account) or to the company's service number 020 1200 100.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged during delivery, the product must be reported to the post office immediately.
Other information:
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Electro Waves Oy processes all customer data in complete confidence.
Electro Waves Oy does not hand over customer data to third parties.
